My mind is blown! I am so in love! The blow dryer I'm using now is the best that I've ever used
5/5

I've tried con air, babyliss, and countless others, but THIS BLOW DRYER IS AMAZING! My hair can sometimes be 4A or 3B in texture (for those curious), and the comb attachment always broke or didn't stay attached, so I couldn't get a decent blowout. What a hassle! The blow dryer was $40 and my stylist recommended it, which made me doubt the quality given how cheap it was! I can't believe what this blow dryer does to my hair! Giiiiiirls, this blow dryer gets my hair as straight as a press and the fact that the comb attachment comes with it is awesome! There is no pop-off of the comb! It didn't break the teeth on the comb attachment because my hair wasn't thick enough. The best hair dryer ever! I'm sorry to leave you. Good to see you, Yellow Bird!.

Conair purchased this in 1971 to replace a similar model
3/5

I purchased the original Conair blow dryer in 1971 and have now replaced it with this one. I mean it. My first one died two weeks ago, and I was on the verge of a breakdown before I like it almost as much. A white switch with a blue backlight used to be on my old one. Since I have it so often, even the cord lasted almost as long as me. As a replacement, it's a tad heavier, but functions exactly as the old one did. Wow, that was a very close call! In light of the fact that the off/on switch is glowing and burning, I have reduced my rating to 3 stars. I'm really disappointed in this and it's a waste of time and 25 June 2019.

This is a super hair dryer
5/5

Because my hair is very coarse, very thick, and very straight, this is the ONLY hair dryer I have that will dry my hair fast, clean, and Depending on your hair thickness and ability to stand high heat temperatures, this product may be too hot for you, causing hair loss for some people, but if you have thick hair and can handle the high temperature then this is a good With the hair dryer, there is a strong comb that comes with it. So far, I haven't lost any picks yet, but you might want to add an extra comb attachment to the order if necessary. The hair dryer is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the best dryer there is
5/5

It was many years ago that I had this model. There isn't a dryer that I have ever owned that has exceeded my expectations. In those days, there was a meltdown with the dryer comb. The app is still useful to me. I last used it for about five years before it died. It took me a long time to find this one, but lo, and behold, I found it! I really like how it works. Due to my afro-American heritage, heat and a comb are important to my hair's drying process. I think this is perfect! I would give it 10 stars if I could!.

A former customer who is extremely bummed out
3/5

My Yellow Bird blow dryer broke. They were my favorite blow dryer, and I was glad to see that they were on Amazon after Sally's discontinued It was literally the last one I had for five With the second one, however, I didn't even have 3 months after I bought it, and while my daughter was blow drying her hair, she heard a popping noise and it appeared that one of the screws had cracked, like the plastic had gotten too hot. It is too dangerous for me to use it now, and if I knew that it would not even last six months, I would have bought.

The quality of the service is poor Take care not to This dryer would not be a good purchase for you
3/5

We didn't even make it 4 months on this one! There's no way I can bear this anymore. The email was sent to me on 12/21/18, but here we are on 4/6/19 and the link still doesn't The Yellow Bird dryer I had before my children were born was still in good condition. They are now 11 and 12 years old. The problem was we dropped it so many times that cracks started to appear and I had to replace it. The motor never broke down despite our concerns about its safety. Well, this dryer is just worse made even though it's supposed to be the same brand. The first sign that it was worse made was the comb attachment that wasn't as secure, but I managed to resolve those issues by dealing with the comb eventually falling off. Fast forward to today, and the surge thing (or testreset button) is preventing the dryer from turning on even if it is In my home, I tested FOUR outlets, and they all turned out the same. That companies are no longer making qualified products is such a shame. Consequently, we get products of low quality from China, where their manufacturing is carried out. As soon as possible, I will contact this company to determine what kind of refund and resolution can be arranged.

In the case of Conair Yellowbird, it lasted for four Many years ago, I had a Conair yellowbird hair dryer that was awesome
3/5

In this case, it lasted 4 months, and then only blew In fact, I did realize there is a 1 year warranty, but when I called the manufacturer, they told me I would need to pay shipping (both ways) and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the warranty replaced. It is impossible to blow dry your daughter's hair for that long. Tell her that you cannot do it. A few cents less than half of what I paid for my yellowbird, I picked up a new hair dryer and had it in a Their products are no longer of the same quality as in the past. I will never purchase one of their products again as there are more affordable options with higher quality.

I agree with the Yellow Bird
5/5

I used it to blow out my daughters' hair for the first time this week, even though I just got it this week. A former stylist used this tool on my hair when I was young, so I bought it because I remembered using it in the past. It was the best price I could find and I acted immediately! I have a blow dryer and I like it a lot. It has four heat settings from cool to high, and if you know how to use it, you will be able to use it. Thanks to Amazon for having it half the price of Walmart. All I used was cool and warm heat on my girls and it worked like a charm! Their hair is a lot curlier than mine!.
