I bought the second one in the past two years, it's very powerful, dries hair quickly. My first dryer blew up, but I loved the dryer so much that I took a chance on a second I tried to fix it today, but the handle just stopped working. It always got hotter than it should have. The device I bought less than a year ago was making an awful noise this morning when I turned it on and smelt like something was burning, so I don't feel that it can be safely used any longer. So far I haven't been able to figure out how to get a refund, so hopefully the company can help.

Although it has a good blower per se, the switch controls are a complete nightmare. Temperatures are hard to adjust and it is quite difficult to turn it on and off as well. The torture continued for many months, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one. . . only this time there were different switches on it.

I almost can't put my hands on this blow dryer. A powerful but quiet machine (imagine steady, low sounds, not obnoxious booming.
