There is no smell as good as the other products. I'm not sure if that's the way it already is or if that's how the item already comes. Neither the conditioner nor the facial product came with their tops broken, nor were the paper liners at the top of their containers as they should have been. I noticed that the leave in conditioner's rim had old product on it, as though it had been there for a while after the cap had broken off.
It's been a long time since I've wanted to try Shea Moisture products, ever since I went natural and watched a lot of YouTubers praising I always avoided the price due to its high cost. They are $13 and up in Walgreens and Rite Aid, so I don't think it's worth that much. My hair is thick and requires a lot of product, so I would probably need to restock it often, so $13 is an unnecessary expense for When I saw the sale, which gave me two 16oz bottles (leave-in conditioner and smoothie) for $20, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try it out. I used the leave-in conditioner, which left my hair soft and easy to detangle. However, the smoothie actually trumps all, because when I tried to twist my hair with it, my twists were juicier and more hydrated than they've ever been before. It felt soft and bouncy when I twisted it. In the past, I haven't had a twist out, but I think I'll give it a try with this smoothie. My experiences with these products are as good as they claim to be. My experience with both of the products has been great. As far as I'm concerned, I've only used both once so far, but I definitely endorse them.
This product is not worth your money! I'm not sure where the formula went wrong, but these are different. There is a significant difference between the texture and feel of the old and the new. As a result, your hair will have a greasy look and feel rather than the soft, conditioned feel they used to have. After I used the pinkish/orange bottle on my hair, I noticed my hair began to thin. It is unclear what has changed in these, but they are no longer useful. In the end, I wasted my money since both of my bottles are almost full.
First of all let me point out that I have pretty long hair type 2A, and I have tried so many things to tame it, but none have worked. Also, I am prone to adjusting my hair frequently or redoing the ponytail I keep it in, so it frizzes out a lot.
I have been wanting to try the hair smoothie for a while, but it says to use it for thick hair, so I was hesitant. When I was done showering I spread the oils in the half-dry hair with about 2 quarter-sized dollops. As far as I'm concerned, there's no need to wait for the water to dry. Instead, I placed it in a messy top knot to finish drying. I have bad news for you I feel like the water kept it from standing in one spot since the product was heavy when I applied it. I also noticed my roots looked kind of greasy with it down (to be fair, it was probably the top bun's fault, for letting the product get to We have some good news for you In spite of working for over 12 hours, I still have defined curls in my hair, which I seldom see during the day.
Recently, I began my curly girl journey. After researching and hearing the rave reviews from other curly girls, I chose Shea Moisture as my first product. The products are supposed to be approved by the CG, but every time I use them, my hair becomes horribly frizzy and greasy like it's coated with wax. In addition, my scalp was already itchy by the end of Day 1, something I don't usually experience. There were just some bad things going on with my hair, so I'd rather rinse it with water and not use any products. Initially, I thought it was the amount that I was using or my technique, so I experimented a bit and got the same result. Another thing I remember is that I removed the lid from one of the jars (I can't remember if it was the curl smoothie or conditioner, or possibly both) and found the lid had been completely removed. Although the seal was still present, it hadn't broken, but it was just sitting on top of the product. fault that I did not return it immediately in exchange for a properly sealed product. So, I'm not sure if what I got was a dupe, which is why the product is terrible on my hair, or if it is just unsuitable for.
The first thing I did before I came to this conclusion was to make sure that while my hair is curly, it is thin and fine and I did so by using different amounts and combinations of the products. These two products used together have the effect of weighing down my hair and leaving It is great to have this conditioner. When I use my regular mousse, I use this. Whether I blow dry or let them air dry depends on how I have styled them (ogx coconut curls). After it dries, it is soft to the touch. As is the case with the smoothie, it is too thick and heavy for the type of hair I have. * Also. I still have frizzy hair in the humid summer heat. That didn't stop because I didn't stop it. I have tried a few things, but none have worked. I don't like the smell at all. There is nothing pleasing about it. I smell moldy dried flowers or something similar when I smell it. It's definitely worth the price though, as you don't need to use it all that often. Oh, and it came in good condition with no cracks or spills.
These products are used by my son and mother on their hair, and they keep their curls moisturized and shiny after washing, especially when after using these products. The two are both African Americans, but one has 3B hair and the other has 4A hair. As a result, I was initially surprised that it would work for both of them. As well, both of these items cost more in the store separately. It was a great deal to buy these at this combined price.
