I liked the product, but the packaging was terrible

Having used this product for a few years, I am very pleased with it. This is the first time I have encountered a problem. The product was shipped in a padded envelope, so of course the cap was broken, leaving half of the product exposed. You are paying much more for half what you get, which makes it super expensive.
