There is a statement on the bottle stating that the product is for all ages. As such, it is primarily used to treat dried fecal material so as not to damage geriatric skin, and this is why I use it on my father since he does not have bowel control. As far as I can see, babies should be able to use it.
That's a good product to wash your hair with! My elderly mother often uses it to freshen her hair in between real shampoos and since it does not require rinsing, she doesn't have to use water to do so. Oily hair is removed and hair has a fresh smell. If you are bathing or shampooing, I highly recommend this product. In comparison to soap, it is gentle to the skin and doesn't dry it out as much.
