As soon as I received my Rosehip Seed Oil yesterday, I knew I would have to wait a few months before seeing what its magic can do, but this product is so good that I just couldn't wait any longer. Since I entered the cosmetics and skincare industry 25 years ago, I have taken good care of my skin since my early 20's when I worked in that industry. I have always taken good care of my skin since my teen years on the San Diego beaches. Although the damage is done, not one of the many, many lotions and creams I have used has been able to reverse the sun's effects and my hairline to my bra line are obvious evidence of its damage. When I went into my current profession, I learned that no cream or lotion can even begin to reverse damage to the skin because their molecules are too large to reach the epidermis, which is the top layer of skin. It is very important to understand that oils are made up of much smaller molecules, and are able to moisturize the skin at a much deeper level than water. It is important to keep in mind that any product that can make appreciable changes to the skin must be classified as a drug by the FDA and marketed accordingly. As a result of its ability to fade scarring, I am switching from argan oil (which is also fantastic) to rosehip seed oil. The quick trimming of those pesky hairs also left me with noticeable scarring along my jawline, as well as two long scars down my right cheek raised by skin cancer surgery. The oil on my nose and chin needs to be removed, but moisturizer is still needed. A substance such as oil and moisture is completely different from another. A point of attraction for me was that argan oil had a comedogenic rating of 0 (on a scale of 0-100). My Skincare Routine is of a score of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the most likely to clog my pores), and Rosehip Seed Oil is a 1. I am confident I am on the right track. I just wanted to point out that coconut oil is a 4 on the comedogenic scale and shouldn't be applied to the skin - There is no need for cleansing even. It is a deep golden color with a mild aroma of nutty or earthy notes that tells you this is 100% pure, a product of nature. As soon as it touches your skin, it does not leave a noticeable scent behind. Having their oil packaged in a dark brown bottle with a pump instead of a dropper is the most brilliant move by Pura D'Or. This pump dispenses just the right amount to coat the entire face and neck with the product. When you use the pump, you don't have to open the top of the container each time you want to use it. If you did, the product would be exposed to unnecessary air and could degrade. A feature like this alone is worth buying the product. In addition to that, while the oil is on my skin, it gives my skin a very soft and supple feel. In spite of all the damage I have done, my skin still feels soft, smooth, and moist after washing it off-quite remarkable for skin like mine. Are there any miracles I can expect This is definitely not true- I do not think that's reasonable. However, I still want to apply an oil of high quality as a moisturizer on my face. No skincare product in all my years of selling has ever made my skin feel as good as this. You provided me with such an excellent product, and I feel 100% confident in recommending it. Even though I rarely take time out of my day to write reviews, I felt it was important for the reason that I have had decade-old scarring and through applying this oil twice daily I have already begun to see my scars lighten in just a few short weeks. In addition to scars, I use it to keep my hair and nails healthy. Occasionally I get horrible hangnails, and the other day I had one that made me not want to move my finger, as it was throbbing so badly. As soon as I applied this oil at night, my finger felt 100% better in the morning. For hangnail pain to go away, it usually takes me more than a week. I have to say I'm grateful if only for that purpose alone that I came across this oil!.

I just received this rose hip oil today, and I am not a fan of the smell, which reminds me of some kind of watered down oil. The plan is intriguing, but I am not sure how I feel about As a comparison, I just compared this one with the one I had been using previously, which had a pleasant scent (roses), had worked for me, but was A picture of the two types of oil from two different companies is below.

I was skeptical about this product, but I decided to give it a shot My experience with it so far has been amazing! I've been using it for about three weeks and I'm I cannot believe how amazing this stuff is! As I was mixing it with my moisturizer, the consistency is just perfect! I wanted to use it to treat wrinkles on my forehead and I have seen a huge difference already, and I'm amazed with the results! I love the feel of my skin! It is soft, smooth, and radiant! My commenting style is normally not my style but I had to share this with you! It would be great if you could try it out yourself!.

I have been using this product for about a year and have it shipped to me through Amazon's Subscribe and Save program. My skin tends to be a little dry and tired in the summer in Colorado. Oily and dry are the two main types of my skin. My skin stays healthy and plump even when I use this product on my face and neck, even through the cold winter months. While I use this year-round, in the summer I use only one pump of oil, which is about one dime's worth, and in the winter I use one pump and a half. In the mornings after I splash rosewater on my face, I apply it before I apply BB cream or sunscreen, and after it absorbs, it leaves my face feeling light and does not feel oily. It takes about 5 minutes until it soaks in. It takes ten About three to four months is all the product lasts in a bottle of 4 ounces It ships for a month or so, depending on the season, so it's pretty affordable through Subscribe and Save at under $19. I like that it's 100% organic rosehip oil with no other oil or additives. This is a great product that I would definitely recommend.

I've noticed a huge difference in my skin since using it. My skin has been drier than heck since I started taking Accutane (super strong acne medication that dries you out) five months ago. At around month three, I started using During the first day, there was no flakiness or itching. My skin seems to be smoother now and I'm not sure if this is simply the acne meds running their course, but the extra moisture makes side-effects more tolerable. A tiny drop will do a lot of good. One bottle will last a long time since you don't need much. The plastic cap is a little tough to get off if you already have lotion on your hands, and the pump is way too powerful and hard to use. When you're not careful, you will send this stuff flying across the room. If it wasn't for the cheap pump on the bottle, I would have given it five stars. Despite the smell not being the best, it isn't a pleasant experience. There is a mixture of dirt and bark in the air As I apply it to my face, I have a very slight whiff of it, but my husband can't smell it. But once you apply this cream your skin won't be breaking out because it adds moisture Those with dry skin and acne should consult a physician It is a good product to add to your regimen if you have rosacea-prone skin.
