I will be dealing with Urban Laboratories (that's their name/title/company) because not only is the product excellent, but their staff is also excellent, as well. If you are African-American, add your name to the list My hair is coarse and tangly, like that of many Americans. Currently, this particular product comes only in Regular strength, but given the fact that it works so well, I would recommend it to anyone who was thinking of using it.
