This wasn't enough product for a touch up so there was no way that I could relax my first nerve. The price would have been higher if I had to purchase two boxes, so I will not buy There was a pouch for both the relaxer and the activator- It looks like a large packet of ketchup.

The packets came with two The shampoo and the When you poured the mix into the packet of relaxer, you had to get a bowl. The relaxer mixture I had was very small once I had mixed everything together. As for the top of my daughter's hair, I was unable to complete it and the relaxer didn't work on what I could. After I went to Walmart I found a box of relaxer that was less expensive and straightened my daughter's I don't know, I order many hair products from Amazon without complaint, but this order was disappointing.

I found that this was a much better relaxer than I had anticipated. Smoothed my hair in half the amount of time I had imagined. Hair was soft, smooth, and styled with great results. I'll be using this a lot more.
