Using this relaxer is the only way I relax, it's not harsh, and I always stick to one brand, so I trust this one completely. I've been using it for years, and I know that it's safe and brings good.

It is not recommended for girls with slightly wavy hair! I have done something to my hair that was by far the worst thing I ever did! A person who is not African-American My American friend, I don't see how this is going to work! Even though it wasn't treated by anything before, I used it for the minimum amount of time indicated in the box and burnt my hair

The update is It is very disappointing! This product has never been an issue in my purchasing experience so I was surprised to see this damaged box and what seemed to be an exploded activator bottle inside (especially since I had been waiting for it to arrive)

Hello, this item is correct and has all that it should have. The only variance was that step one spilled all over the box and damaged the box. While I strongly believe the item was not tampered with, it is unacceptable because i paid a higher price and If you want to buy it at Walmart, you should.
