Although I am not sure about the chlorine, this product is excellent for rust and hair product buildup. This company, I believe, also produces a product for swimmers' hair.

I bleached my hair and made it brassy-looking. brown- gray! My water is extremely hard- In sinks and toilets, there is a lot of red mineral buildup. I decided that removing similar deposits from my hair would be a good idea. WRONG! br>br>I double-checked the label to make sure it was okay to use on color-treated hair. It's supposed to be that way. My hair was a lovely metallic silver with navy blue roots before I started using this product. br>br>After washing and thoroughly rinsing my hair, I applied the Malibu C Hard Water treatment as directed. When I was almost done "scrunching" it into my hair, I noticed that it had turned yellow. It wasn't even 2 minutes in my hair. I immediately rinsed it out and continued washing, as directed, before applying my usual conditioner. When the paint had dried completely, the true horror was revealed! That stuff (which was supposed to get rid of brassiness) made my hair brassy and yellow. brown at the roots, yellow-tinged Mids and ends are tinged gray. br>br>I'm going to have to have this horrible mess color corrected. It'll also be very expensive for me. Thank you so much, Malibu C Company! My lovely color has been ruined by your product! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! br>br>.
Hard water buildup and other impurities that cause blond hair to become darker and brassier will be removed. It does not color correct the hair and will remove toners and other cosmetics. When I want to add color gloss or tone to my highlights, I like to use it. Before I tone, I use this to get my blond as blond as possible. This product is fantastic, but it is far too expensive for the value. Because it was much cheaper the last time I ordered it, I won't be buying it as often and may even make my own similar product because L- is so easy to obtain. On the internet, you can buy ascorbic acid powder in large quantities for a low price. I would give it a higher rating if it were more reasonably priced, but given the price of the main ingredients- The markup is way too high.

A baking powder paste, lemon juice, and crushed vitamin C tablets were used as a home remedy, but it did not work. I placed an order for Malibu C hard water hair wellness. In one treatment, it removed all of the orange/yellow. I used it in a slightly different way than the directions suggested. I dampened my hair and made a paste by mixing three packets with a little water, working it through my hair and leaving it on for about 15 minutes. After that, I shampooed and condition my hair. I was able to see the results after my hair had dried. All of the brassy color was gone, and I had my light blonde, ashy hair back. This is something I'll keep on hand in case my hair starts to turn brassy again. If your hair has been stained by hard water. You'll be amazed at how effective this product is!!.
Hair that is very soft. I have natural blonde hair that is uncolored, and I drink well water. My hair started to turn a brassy color, which I didn't like. This is exactly what I'm looking for. We have a problem with our well water; a great deal of iron After a while, everything, including my hair, turns a shade of orange. It took a few applications before I noticed a difference, but it did the trick in removing the discoloration and build-up. on the top of my head I got a little carried away and used it too many times in a short period of time, which caused my hair to dry out. However, this was a simple fix. I'm going to buy some more, but I'm also going to get some shampoo and conditioner.
I had no idea what to expect from this product, but I was happily surprised. The majority of my gray/white hair has orangish tints due to well water. I noticed that my hair felt strange after using the product. My daughter, on the other hand, felt it and said it was very soft.
