To be clear, I adore this product, but I was unable to use the container that had been sent to me because the lid and seal had cracked, exposing the product. Everything else in the box was fine, and the box itself was in good condition, so I'm guessing it was broken prior to shipping. It was disappointing.
By now, the ends have probably been bleached a total of six times, and it's starting to look a little frizzy. My hair is generally cooperative, but I wanted to smooth it out and get rid of the ends. a smidgeon of frizz It feels good, smells good, and my ponytail is about an inch smaller (in diameter, in a good way) when I put it on. br>br>I included a photo that doesn't do the smoothness justice, but it's a lot more manageable now.
I'm not sure what the white specs are or whether or not the oil is separating. I'll never buy deep conditioning from Amazon again, and despite the fact that I really like this product, I didn't feel like going to the store so I ordered it from here. I'll never do it again, and I'm not sure why they'd package it when it's obvious it's disgusting.

The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. As stated in the advertisement. It moisturizes my hair, which it desperately needs. softness. It's a deep conditioning treatment that I occasionally use as a leave-in conditioner. There are no issues.
Although the product itself is excellent, the packaging is not. The jar appears to have already been opened and the contents are leaking.
