It is effective on the hair of African Americans. I used to use L'Oréal Repair B with Lactic Acid, but it has since been discontinued. on application, so I had no choice but to look for something else, which works just as well and is even cheaper. It leaves my hair soft, healthy, manageable, and full of body, and I have 12 jars of it in case L'Oréal decides to discontinue this line. I think it works best if you apply it to wet hair and cover it with a warm towel to steam it for about 15 minutes, then rinse it with cool water.
It all depends on your personal preferences as well as the state of your hair. Once a week or every two weeks, I like to use it. After you've used it once, you can decide how often you'd like to use it again. It softens and silkens your hair, and the softness may last longer depending on your hair type.
It's a conditioner that you can use on dry hair (to completely saturate it), comb it through, leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse, or after shampooing (leave on for a few minutes and rinse).
This is a conditioner for after you've shampooed your hair. Following instructions is always the best option. With each use, it repairs and conditions the skin, and its effectiveness grows.

I really like how my hair feels and smells after using this. This was an excellent, cost-effective product that I could incorporate into my hair-care routine. It did a fantastic job of smoothing out my hair. soft. I'm definitely going to try some of the other products in this line.
I bleached my hair twice in three days, and on the second day, it was completely fragile, to the point where I didn't want to brush it because hair and hair would fall out every time I did, and I'm talking chunks of hair. I instantly remembered this product because I had previously used it and found it to be extremely beneficial. It still came through for me this time; I purchased the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the hair repair mask, and it did not disappoint me in the least. I could tell the difference as soon as I used it to wash my hair; after brushing my hair, my hairbrush had a small amount of hair on it. I've had about 5-years of experience with it. My hair is starting to feel normal again after being bleached six times. Because of all the breakage, I honestly believe my hair would have been super short by now if it hadn't been for this. I would also advise you not to wash your hair every day, but rather every other day or every two days. Allow three days between hair washes to allow your hair to rest, but only if your hair is as bad as mine was. I hope this helps. Oh, and instead of rinsing off the shampoo after three minutes, I leave the repair mask on my hair for about ten minutes after rinsing off the shampoo.
I placed an order for this, but there was no indication that it would be used. I was expecting a brand new product, but this one arrived without a seal and was clearly scooped into. Because there is no refund policy, I only gave it one star.
I'm going to give it a 4 because it's not quite as deep and heavy as I'd like, but it's still pretty good! The scent is absolutely wonderful. My hair is naturally coarse and dry, so it's a challenge for me to style. I was born in Italy and grew up there. Half-Cuban, I'm always on the lookout for a heavy, deep conditioner to satisfy my hair's needs. Every day, I can weigh down my hair with a super heavy, deep conditioner. It's in desperate need. I couldn't find one, but if you're looking for a good deep conditioner, this is it.
This is a total ruse. This is not the genuine article, but a cheap knockoff. br>br>I am not pleased. And mine (the genuine article) is almost gone, and I haven't been able to locate it. br>br>This is a complete waste of money.

It's been 20 years since I've looked or felt so good. My hair is very fine and has been damaged in the past due to coloring, heat styling, and a lack of maintenance. I've made a lot of progress in the last year. I did a lot of DIY hair treatments, lowered my heat styling temperatures, and now I ALWAYS use a heat protectant. I recently colored my hair and wanted something that would really work on it, not only to repair it from the dying, but also to keep it healthy. Tonight was the first time I used it. I found it on Amazon for $10 less than other websites, and I can't believe how much better my hair looks after just one use! In the last 20 years, my hair hasn't looked or felt so good. I'll definitely keep buying this, and the container will last me a long time because my hair is so fine that I didn't even need as much as I thought to adequately cover it. I've tried a lot of hair marks over the years, and this one is the best.

THREE TIMES BLEACHED HAIR IS BEAUTIFULLY SOFT AND SILKY. It made styling and straightening my hair so much easier, and the best part was that it lasted all day. I used to only use this balm in the shower instead of my regular shampoo and conditioner (shampoo would dehydrate my hair) and it still looked great. I like how the scent is both pleasant and subtle. br>br>This balm is used and loved by me, my mother, auntie, grandmother, and brother. I only wish it was more accessible!.
