I was unable to remove the small metal spot sealing the opening since the product itself was so dried out

Although it came in a sealed package, the product was so dry that I could not peel away the metal spot. When I removed the tub, I found that the contents had separated into some liquid and also a lumpy ball. I had to shake it several times to partially mix the contents. How old is this product? Do not buy from this seller, you can get a new box at any time. Guarantees the item is still good but is not to be considered as a guarantee. According to what I could find, there was no expiration date. There are no ideas on how to proceed. One of those mixing machines for painting would be much appreciated. There is no way out of this.
