As I am growing out my silver/white hair, it isn't as thick as I would like, so I bought this product. I noticed thicker hair immediately, so I also bought the conditioner.

This shampoo is good, but it arrives in a terrible package! We are giving it a two-out-of-five You might actually see something about it if you give them a star

After trying this product at a friend's house, I decided I wanted to order I received the conditioner, and there was no problem, but the shampoo had a broken seal, and product leaked all over According to the image, the bag was soft and no effort was made to secure or seal it to prevent the shampoo from I spent more on this shampoo than I usually do on shampoo, so I wanted to get the most out of it. A new one was sent to me after providing feedback of the problem, and it came in the same manner. Everything inside the package has been spilled out. My mind boggled over this because as you can see, the conditioner (same company, paired product) arrived with a plastic stopper that prevented spills, and in a box that was made out of cardboard that was easy to open. Consequently, I have submitted another complaint and suggestion to use a seal or harder packaging to keep the contents from The staff was nice enough to let me keep the spilled #2 bottle this time. Oh, and did you know that? The third package contains It is the same exact thing. Because I had two leaking bottles, I calculated that it would net me the equivalent of what I had purchased plus a little bit more, so I gave up trying to get an intact bottle at this point. Is the conditioner acting up again? Nothing to worry about. Among the products available for treating hair thinning, my grandma noted that my hair did look a bit fuller on top, but I'm not sure if the shampoo, conditioning, oil treatment, vitamins, or thyroid medication contributed to the results.
