But the deep tooth is designed more for longer hair even though it cuts great the blade was made to grasp longer hair, while the gold or silver FX are designed more for standard cuts.

As a Barber for 35 years, let me start off by saying that I have a wealth of experience. It is because of this reluctance to try another product, aside from the Andis T outliners, that I was hesitant to try another product. I have become a believer because of BaByliss. Out of the box, the trimmer worked like a charm. I'm using T because I've been using it I have been using outliners for 35 years, so I am still getting used to the feel and look It weighs between 2 lb. and 3 lb. My favorite part is how it gets better the more I use it!.
