I didn't realize the brush was missing bristles on both sides until I started using it. Aside from that, the cup is sturdy, and the two combos (comb/brush) were in good condition and not flimsy. br>A professional brush was recommended by customer service. After reading my review, customer service sent me a brand new kit. I am very pleased with their prompt response and excellent customer service, and I would buy from them again knowing that their products are guaranteed.

It served me well during quarantine when I had nothing else to do, but the brushes are of poor quality. They're far too soft and flimsy, making it difficult to spread across the head. Because of the strange double brush situation, two-thirds of them aren't really usable. Also, all of the brushes are so big!! When highlighting, it's very difficult to get specific sections in. I like how the bowl has measurements on the side so that I can get exact ratios. If you had other options, however, I would not pick this set. Instead, go to sall/ and purchase high-quality brushes and bowls.

The mixing bowl was damaged when it was delivered. It was agreed by the seller that it would be replaced. I was surprised to find that the brushes arrived in good condition. The end result was satisfactory. I'd tell others about it.

If you're like me and don't know what you're doing, this book is a must-read! I didn't need all of the brushes, but the flat brush was great for mixing and applying, and one of the comb brushes helped me apply evenly. The brushes' back ends are pointed, which makes it simple to section hair. I'm glad I didn't use a random bowl and my hands instead.

These aren't of exceptional quality, but they do the job. They aren't professional quality, so don't expect them to last very long. However, they were a good deal, arrived quickly, and worked perfectly.

It worked fine for dying my hair, but when I went to rinse it off, large clumps of bristles erupted. It won't last more than a couple of times.

This is fantastic! The bowl is the ideal size and is made of a thick, durable plastic. I've only used the standard brush so far, but it's fantastic. It's simple to clean the bowl and brush. The measurements on the side are helpful, but they are a little difficult to read. The handle is also a good size, and the price is excellent.
