It appears they say yes, but on their website they state that you need to hire I think you should use theirs since you'll be using it near your eyes. If something does go wrong and you use another one, they will still have a legal way to protect themselves.
It is necessary to mix the color with the developer and apply it. My solution is to apply it thickly and brush it through with an old, clean mascara wand. I find that I need to leave it on for about 20 minutes to achieve color that lasts for several I tried several products before I found this one, and it is the best of all of them.
There is no such thing as a temporary or semi-permanent In order for a permanent hair tint to adhere to your hair, it must be activated.
I am not aware of a rule for expiring hydrogen peroxide.

A lot of people believe this is just average hydrogen peroxide. I was unable to cancel my order before it arrived to me. I am also unable to return the product even though I haven't even opened It is a good idea to save.
My favorite thing about this liquid is how easily it combines with the Reflectocil natural brown dye I bought at the same time. I have used the combination for years and I love the lasting effect. As well as my eyebrows, I apply it to my eyelashes as well. In fact, both my hair stylist and I are amazed at the results I am able to attain with My usual coloring routine consists of two sessions separated by a couple of days. As a result, if the hair has already been dyed once, the second time it is dyed it is more accepting of the dye.
I have seen a marked increase in the size of my eyebrows, and the color lasts up to a month, which is great considering I wash my face twice a day. For me, I find that I need to leave the product on for up to 40 minutes before I achieve the desired results, much longer than the instructions suggest. As far as skin irritation or allergic reactions go, I've had neither. You should definitely check it out!.
The first time I used a liquid developer over a cream was a first for me. A fan of the show would be great, but I don't care for it. The cream is more appealing to me. A tint can't easily mix with them and dissolve them in it. I miss my cream but it still gets the job done. The difference in price is not as great as it might seem, but at least I'm saving some money.
