In fact, yes. Although I diluted it to 30 volumes after using conditioner, my hair was still light yellow even after doing so.
The developer is added to the color products in order to activate the products that are being applied to the hair. Neither it nor other products are used on their own.

If I were you, I would try a smaller volume like the 20 developer and test your project if you can. The 40 developer is a rather strong bleach, so if I were you, I would try it and see how it works.

Your shoes will look fresher if you apply this to their soles. As you can see, I did it once with UV light, and this was the result. I'm sure if I did it twice, it would be even better. I would repeat it three more times to make it white. Really nice.
A total of about 7 pairs of white kicks that turned yellow have been salvaged. For retro collectors who want to keep their look NEW, this is a must-have. My opinion is that you should get it.
I used this approach to restore their whiteness. All you need to do is apply some of this and put on some suran wrap, then let them sit in the sun for a while and they're fine.

Whitens yellowed plastic - I use it to remove stains. This was used, for example, on a Super Nintendo from the early 90s and a Sony radio I recently earned. My arm hair bleached so well that I accidentally bleached it. On my travel trailer, I used this product to restore the white to yellowed plastics. My arm was flung around like this crap I didn't know I was doing. After noticing my arm has been bleached, I rested for a while.
A photo of a 32 oz bottle is displayed, but a 4 oz bottle is being sold. This is lame.
With the lightener, it's great to have this developer. Your hair will look great with this consistency. The interface is very easy.
