I'm pretty sure the "Velvet" bottle is supposed to be a violet purple color. This is actually a pink color and not a purple one. Due to the benefit of the doubt I still tried it and it transformed my hair into a pink orange hue. The brand should never be bought.

I used the dye to make a purple tint over her hair for a couple of days, but it washed out quickly. If your hair is blonde or bleached, the results will probably differ.
