This product is what I used to try to do highlights at home on my blonde hair. It turned my hair an awful orange/unnatural color after just a few minutes or maybe a couple of minutes (I left it in for about 10 minutes or 12 minutes). There was a good chance that I would need an appointment tomorrow so I called around town to find a salon that could accommodate that In public I would not have been able to act in that manner on that day. A recommendation of this product would be a risk for me. There is a possibility that others have had better luck with this product than me, so please keep that in mind.

I find it very helpful. Locally in my small town, I would find it harder to find Frost and Design for long hair. Although my hair is shoulder length, I typically have to use two boxes of colored products as I have thick, full hair. There is enough left over from one box to cover most needs. There are 2 boxes in the set, so that is good for me. The hair color I chose works well to hide grays. I love it, helped me hide my gray hairs.

The lighter one is only used in the summer on the face and around the hairline. If your hair becomes dreary dark in the winter, this color will bring you back to life! It is so easy to use and cheap for all the items inside. The result is wonderful, but I gave it a 4 star rating because I ended up too white. Hopefully that won't happen the next time. However, it is an excellent option for saving money and covering those grays.
