COCONUT OIL IS A MUST. This will ease pulling hair without tangly knots, and most importantly, your hair will be protected It's a pain in the ass and takes hours, but it's totally worth it in the end. The hair you do not want bleached should be covered in saran wrap before bleaching. It is best to apply bleach to the ends first and let the roots go last (but be careful not to overdo it on the roots or it will bleed through the holes in the cap) and to check the bleach every five minutes because it works very fast, especially on virgin hair. Wash bleached wet hair only after it has air dried and spray a little oil on it before brushing it. Do not comb fresh bleached wet hair at all.
