Coverage of my thinning hair with this is good and the effect isn't noticeable at all. The loss of my brown/black hair was quite noticeable since I have very fair skin. Before blow drying my hair, I use a sponge applicator to apply powder to my scalp rather than using a brush. You won't get better if you use it- With enough of it on a special night, it is hard to notice. I have tried almost every product similar to this with different price ranges and this one has a nice hold. If caught in the rain, it does not run down your face. I think it's the best we've ever seen.
