They swapped out the metal brush for a plastic one that isn't pre-sharpened. connected to the hat The brush is separate, and you choose whether or not to use it by snapping it to the inside of the cap if you want to use it. This concept was born after many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the brush included in the cap, so they created a separate brush for you to choose from. In May of 2015, this became effective. If you still receive a metal brush, it's possible that you're dealing with a Chinese-made fake adhesive. They are available for purchase on the internet. They haven't, so there's no reason for me to buy anything now. or tell anyone else about it. br>br>I'VE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TWICE NOW, AND I'VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO USE ABOUT 2/3 OF IT ON BOTH OCCASIONS. IT BECOMES SO THICK THAT IT WILL NOT EVEN COME OUT OF THE BOTTLE! SO, EVEN THOUGH I PAID FULL PRICE FOR IT, I HAVE TO THROW AWAY A THIRTY-THIRD PART OF IT! WHICH MEANS A THIRTH OF MY MONEY IS THROWN IN THE TRASH! br>br>The adhesive starts out great, but before I could finish the bottle, it became too thick to even get out, let alone use, meaning I didn't get the full benefit of the adhesive; I always make sure the cap is on tight, so I'm not sure how else I can keep it liquid.
closures on a daily basis I'm a big fan of this glue. It never lets you down! @TopNotchStyles1 @TopNotchStyles1 @TopNotchStyles1 @TopNotchStyles1 @TopNot.
Delivery was very quick. Despite its sticky and messy nature, I adore Ultra Hold. I've been using it for years, but I'm now combining it with EnduraBond to see if I can extend the hold. I have oily skin and live in the South (Memphis, TN), but I'll use this, along with red tape, to create a barrier between my lace and the EnduraBond, which has the potential to tear your lace. Order: Skin protector, EnduraBond, Red Tape, and Ultra Hold are the steps in the process. It may appear to be a lot, but I wear full lace all year and don't have time to fiddle with it all the time. Just make sure to let the Ultra Hold dry completely before touching it to avoid any strings bouncing back at you. Yes, I understand that this is difficult because it only takes a few minutes, but it is critical in terms of establishing a strong bond. I wash my full lace wigs in the shower and condition them with slight lifting (mostly in the nape) while they are still attached to my head, and I don't get the glue wet for 24 hours. I usually keep them on for 3 to 4 weeks, with a few touch-ups in between. Try to use the Ultra Hold sparingly because the more you use, the more you have to remove, and the best way to clean it off is to use the mirror slide technique rather than the C-clamp technique. 22 Use Goo Gone to get rid of it! The same effects for a lot less money. I hope this information is useful.
The glue is strong and messy if you don't learn how to apply it properly on your scalp (make sure it's clean, not sweaty, and not greasy), but once you do, you'll find that it works just fine; don't apply too much, wait until it's dry before touching it with your finger, and it's just sticky, not slime-like. I used it for a week and it still worked, but I needed to fix it, so I had to remove it. Oh, and don't forget to combine it with the walker maximum hold bond for the perfect combination; at least, that's what I've found to work.
This glue starts to come off only 4 days after I apply it, and that's before I even wash the unit! I used the walker alcohol scalp cleanser to maximize adhesion and made sure the bottom of the unit was clean, but it still came loose after four days! In addition. br>br> (The applicator's brush part - the tip was spread apart and wouldn't straighten out, making application extremely difficult. ) When you press down on a paintbrush and it spreads out, it doesn't come back together no matter how hard I try). Finally. br>br> This glue is ridiculously expensive for no apparent reason other than the fact that there aren't many other suppliers on this site.
This stuff is awful; it just makes a huge mess and doesn't keep extensions (especially lace) in place. If I lightly tug on my lace or try to put my wig in an updo, the lace comes up as if no product was ever applied, no matter how many different methods I tried (including experimenting with varying hours/days carefully letting it dry). This is a total waste of money; got2bglue gel holds a lot better.
This is a truly remarkable product. When it comes to my natural looking wigs, I always use ultra hold to get me through the rains, storms, hot weathers, and gym workouts. As a keen and precise woman, it's important to find a glue that blends in with your unit and keeps a firm hold no matter what. Thank you very much, Ultra Hold! 😀.
This is one of the best summer glues I've found; if you're like me and sweat a lot, you should get this glue because it works really well.
