It was not easy for me to believe the hype, but curious that it would be worth it to try one pack, regardless of the price. In the end, I took a hit. About a year after using them everyday, the little elastic bands inside start to snap and kind of stick out from overusing and stretching them, but the fabric is still intact and they are still useful. A bead that was attached to the fabric was also loose and rotating around the fabric, exposing the silver clasp that holds it all together. These are worn down from my use every day, at the gym, and washed afterward, and I believe that is why they should last longer. It is a very nice ponytail, but I've only had it for about a month and about half of them have already broken. It takes a lot longer for me to use these than my normal hair ties.
I've been using these hairties for the past 4 years and they are my favorite. It does not cause kinks in my thick curly hair and the ties don't get stuck in my hair like normal ties do. These bracelets last a very long time before they begin to wear out and they look great on your wrist. The metallic version is a little bit smaller than the regular colors, but they are still great to wear. I definitely recommend them as much as possible since they're awesome.
