These files were so well worth the money I spent on them! In the past, I bought them from Walmart and the Asian market, but they always rubbed off so quickly and took so long to use. I've been able to reduce the time and amount of filing I'm required to do with my acrylics using these Teenitor files. I now do not have to guess which grit I need to shape, fill, or buff each file because of a box that tells me which number grit I need. Each file is marked with the grit number so I know which one to use. It's just that I've never been to beauty school so I only do it myself. In my opinion, this is a great.

Despite being a beginner, I am finding these to be very useful, but as soon as I start doing nails they seem to dull? Although I don't use them much, most of my time goes to an efile, I'm finding that the 180 and 150 are kind of boring after As for the texture on the other side of the 220/280 and 100/180 files (see 2nd picture), I am not a big fan of it either. I sometimes have pain in my nails because they're too raised. If they could be more useful and smooth, I would prefer it.

Overall, it's a 5 star rating for me. My hands have been doing my nails for over 20 years, but I do not have any medical training The professional style. Sadly, I made the rookie mistake of smoothing out my nails so much that they are now thinner, so they are brittle and easily break. Do not make the same mistakes I made. I found these files and buffers to be very effective in making my nails smooth and glossy. In addition to being durable and easy to use, these products are also affordable. In fact, I wasn't wearing any clear polish, but it looked like it. To make sure I don't thin them out too much by smoothing and buffing, I have to make sure not to overdo it. I have used buffers, shine, and shape files before and they are my favorite.

There was a lot of grit on these files, but it wore down after a single use, as it was made of very cheap foam. It is just a foam file - no grit is on it. It is the thicker files that have grit. I found the product to be misleading.

" Filing them off is the only way to get rid of them. This set includes everything you need to buff your nails to a shine. I was a bit panicked at first but I was able to easily file the gel down and buff my nails to a shine with this set. By filing my hard gel with the 180, I was able to get rid of it. I found it to be much easier than I had anticipated.

I missed reading the description, but this came up in a search for "nail file and buffer set"

I gave it one star off because the 100/80 nail file has something on it, but that has nothing to do with the nail file set. There isn't a drop left and it looks like it has already been used so this is a major letdown, because today is Sunday and I will need to do my nails for the week, but I'll be using emery boards instead. These are being returned to you, remember to always check your goods before you use them.
