There has been no ergonomic user testing, as far as I can tell

The set as a whole is attractive, and each item is made of high-quality materials and workmanship, but the clippers are horribly designed. To be clear, they work and they're sharp, but it's clear that the manufacturers skipped over any user testing regarding the clippers' ergonomics in favor of the unique look and functionality. They have a "cool" appearance and fold up more flatly than a standard clipper. Manufacturers, please take note: The fact that they're sharp isn't a good tradeoff for a poorly designed product; a user needs to feel at ease handling and using it, which these clippers don't provide. It was unnecessary to invent the wheel in this case. I'd return them if I could (I waited too long, so that's my fault), but I'd strongly advise anyone else not to get them.

Tweezers and scissors that are dull

My husband purchased this useless set because he enjoys watching BadlandsChugs on YouTube, which Badlands sponsors. This set, in any case, is a waste of money! The tweezers and scissors aren't even close to being sharp! You couldn't possibly pluck a single brow hair from them because they're so dull. The toenail clippers are merely adequate.
