Although I had excellent results with the larger clippers, I didn't like the smaller one much. Playing fingerstyle guitar requires that I keep my nails a little longer and shaped on my picking hand. It left my nails with an extremely rough, inconsistent edge when I used these clippers to cut my nails. In the end, I had to file them quite a bit to get a smooth edge again. As a result, I have another pair of gloves that I can use. It was the toenail clippers that made me buy this set. A carrying pouch came with it as well. For me, it did not add much value to have them together, although it is nice to have them together.
