There isn't a reason to spend that much

It is true that you lose all the gains rubbing off as you use it. However, this one just rubs off much too quickly and does not work at all. In essence, you are just rubbing it against your foot to break it apart and not smoothing The quality of what you get depends on the price you pay.

You can use them both for baby smooth feet and for your normal everyday feet as they are rough enough to scrub away the roughness.
