I'm so glad I waited because this feels nearly as good as those you get at the nail salons! I like how the massaging action is very strong, and how the temperature can be controlled. I found that even with my heating system on and slippers on, my feet were cold the first night I used this. Outside temperatures were about 15°F, and my feet were sore because of it! The husband of my wife gave me this as a gift because I am constantly on my feet. Exactly one year from now, he will own it. January 2021 has passed, and this product has only been used three times and will no longer work with the shower option. In my opinion, this product is excellent for sore feet. I purchased it for my grandmother because she suffers from sore feet and it worked as it should. I did find a couple of oddities but they did not hinder its performance. I had to dig with my fingernail to get the massager to turn on when I tried to use the heating function while the shower was on. The shower function only works when the heating function is activated, and you can only adjust the heat temperature when the shower is activated.
