Questions & Answers
My glass cuticle pusher nail file set didn't break easily as far as I am concerned. I have used it for several years and it is still in great shape. This is one of those tools that you have to be very careful how you use, but
They are used, carefully, for the purpose of removing stains on the sides of the nail, not the base.
The design of glass cuticle is perfect for the function it was designed for. As far as scraping glue off goes, I have no idea.
The answer is yes. I see only one drawback with using them professionally, if you've used lotion before, like for a hot oil manicure, your hands are too slick for the tool to grip well. I feel like they should add ridges on the sides so you can get a grip. I think rubber would also be nice. However, I observed that they didn't work as well on dry cuticles, which is not acceptable in the professional world.

The hard way, I learned, and I would like to prevent others from being the same mistake, that the other end is only meant to scrape the dirty dirt under the nails and not to remove the sticky cuticle. The first time I did that, I saw so much white coming out that I thought it was the cuticle skin and ended up scraping a lot more, after my nails dried I realized I scraped some layers of the natural nail around the cuticle and that was what I saw! It now looks like I have overgrown gel nails each time I do my manicure and even when my manicure was just done, I have a wave on my natural nail. There was a user mistake here, they show the point under the nail instead of on top. I won't rate it low, since it was a mistake. their customer service is exceptional, with the number one priority being customer satisfaction, so you can feel secure when shopping with Bona Fide Beauty.
Its pointed tip is not as sharp as the picture would suggest its end is flattened like a crayon. This is similar to what other reviewers mentioned. In my case, it is my fingernails and my toenails. The latter are especially barnacle-like Taking a hot shower with it makes it more effective. With a metal cuticle nipper, I used to carefully scrape my toe nails with, but they would always end up damaged and had rips at the edges as they grew. Since I have switched to this instead, I have not experienced that problem.
I am in awe! It is with great regret that I present these I love it. During the demo, I attempted to demonstrate the use of this tool for a quick two minute period between customers. The result was not pretty due to a little hurry. Here is what it is Please note
Please note
It is damaging to your cuticles if you have your nails done at nail salons. They do it poorly or you don't like how they do it, etc. *BR>- You can do it yourself, but it's not easy. As shown in my example picture, the cuticles are going to safely be pushed in the reverse direction with the pusher. There is no damage to the skin around the white part as all of it has to go. have to deal with a bunch of nail holes and a bunch of If you don't want to cut the excess cuticles, you can precisely push them away instead. You can choose.
The pointy end of the product is not pointy at all, as some other customers commented. It's possible they did it on purpose to make shipping easier. You're supposed to file underneath your nails with it, so I don't know why it's pointed. There are times when digging out all of that stuff below is impossible if you don't have the proper tool, or if you don't go to the nail shop regularly. I am writing this for you. It will stay in your purse or bag all the time. Simple and quick to use, this method gives you a clean look in a matter of seconds. I'm in love with For me, it is a must-buy. travel tube that came with the set is a plus it makes it more convenient for traveling.
the cheap 2) I am really careful about not damaging my nails & my skin There is nothing to be concerned about with my curled cuticles and smooth edges on my nails. The pointed end of this tool can be used for smoothing rough edges, and the beveled end can smooth uneven surfaces. The good thing about glass files is that they are easy to use and require little pressure to smooth and file. I've also used this to gently pull my cuticles back and rub away any cuticles stuck to my fingernails. (BonaFideBeauty's customer service was also excellent!.
The cuticles on my hands are always flakey and the nail is forever sticking to my skin. The problem is that I'm not sure what else to say about Unfortunately, polishes never last very long before they start to peel With this new tool, I can prep my nails more effectively. There is just one problem the glass feels fragile. I have hard floors, so I drop things a lot. I also have trouble with it slipping I think, however, that I may be able to tackle that problem if I find something similar to a rubber pencil grip.
In my previous career as a nail technician, I used to use a wide variety of cuticle removers. It was hard to know what to think of a glass tool, but I figured what the hell? That was the best buy I've ever made. In order to achieve the results I did, I hardly had to use cuticle remover. I have to issue a word of caution, using my off hand I cut my dominant pinky, on the side opposite my dominant thumb. You will have to adjust to its learning curve, and the end of it is sharp. Thus, I will proactively learn from my mistake and make it a point to use it again. It is well balanced and right sized for my hands, and I like the way it looks. My impression is that it is very well made, so I am confident that it will look great for a long time.
That's why I gave it five stars. Due to a misunderstanding on Amazon, I want to point out It is unfortunate that the clear color set does not include a flat file. A rod-shaped tool and a rod-shaped tool are included These tools have different shapes (cuticle pusher on one end, pointed tool on the other. Rather than a flat file, I would prefer a clear one It's hard to get a feel for.
I keep one by my bed and one by my I like the cuticle pusher because it is gentle, but it also You should only use the nail file if there is an occasional snag or if you need to clean up the cuticle, not if you want to file the entire Quite coarse grit adorns the surface of this sand. The purchase was a good one for me. When it comes to manicures, I like using tools made from glass/crystal. There is a need to be cautious. Then again, they're glass/crystal, so that should make sense. The files won't break like metal files, pushers, orange sticks, or emery boards if they are dropped on the floor.
