Please keep in mind that these are heel socks designed to soften and improve the skin on our feet. They're not like shoes (which have almost no stretch) or even regular socks (which have a reasonable amount of stretch). As a result, they are largely unrestricted by foot size, with ankle size being the most important consideration. Furthermore, we don't have to wear these socks overnight or all day if they feel a little too tight; however, they must be snug to be effective, and almost any foot/ankle size can handle 30 minute sessions a few times a week. BTW, I've seen these socks on women's feet in sizes 6 and 11 (personally). a man's foot with five toes - They worked fine in both cases, so feel free to try them out.
No, not at all. I attempted to wash a pair on the delicate cycle in the washing machine. Both socks had a lot of unraveling.

I'm not sure if it's because of the socks or because of the cream, but either way, it works! I was eager to put it to use, so I applied some foot cream to my heels and slipped the socks on while sipping my coffee. I showered and scrubbed my feet with my PedEgg as usual about an hour later. I reapplied more foot cream and replaced the socks, then wore a regular pair of socks over the top, slipped on my tennis shoes, and went about my business. About 4- It was like a miracle when I saw my super dry cracked heels hours later! It appeared to be perfectly normal! That night, I used my PedEgg again, and it was disgusting how much dead callous came off! My heels' cracks had puffed out and felt a lot better, but they weren't completely gone. It even softened the calluses on my fingertips, which I easily scrubbed away with a fingernail file, despite the fact that I have small feet and wear a size 6 or 6. In women's shoes, a 5 is a perfect score. This pair of socks is a good fit for me. Although they have some stretch, I don't believe they would fit my husband's size 11 foot. I feel like I'm walking on jellyfish when I'm in the gel part. I wore them to bed, and when I awoke for a midnight snack, I wore them again. I almost fell down because of the jelly part under my heel during my snack. When I wore them with my tennis shoes, however, I didn't have the same problem. This is the product to use if your heels are dry, cracked, and bleeding.

My mother instilled in me the habit of having cracked heels. I'd sort of given up on them. Nothing appeared to be working. br>I had to use these TWO times! And my ashy, deep, painfully cracked heels, which were white (not pinkish in color), had been heeled! Complete honesty: A new pumice stone was also on my wish list. It rehydrates your feet without leaving them feeling greasy. Small Narrow feet should wear these booties. I'm an eight-year-old girl who wears a size eight. 5 in ladies, and while I could put these on in the middle of the night, they cut into my feet and make them uncomfortable. These are not for women who wear women's shoes larger than a size 7. WARNING: THE BOOTIES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE. Otherwise, I would recommend this product and would definitely purchase the foot cream again.
The product is excellent, and the comfort is unsurpassed. They do not slide, contrary to what other reviews claim. With the added gel layer, I can wear my regular shoe. I covered them with a pair of cotton socks around the house. My high heels have made a comeback. Because of nerve damage, my heels did not sweat, resulting in cracks. The cracks on one foot have significantly lessened, while the other heel was initially worse, but is now improving. For years, an abusive relationship resulted in nerve damage. Get out of there as soon as possible.
My heels are cracked. It had gotten to the point where it was interfering with my ability to sleep. This was a Christmas present from my husband. It's almost miraculous how much it helps. I didn't notice a small note with instructions until it was pointed out to me. Wearing these to bed is not a good idea. You should keep them on their feet for as little time as possible. I believe the instructions state that you should not use it for more than 30 minutes. I apply the cream, then watch a half-hour episode of television before removing my shoes. In addition, due to the dry winter weather, I had a deep crack on my thumb that was bleeding. Nothing else had worked to heal my thumb until I tried this. I'm completely blown away. THIS WORKED FOR THE FIRST TIME! I noticed a difference after only one night. My heels were becoming less painful, and by the end of week one, my cracks had mostly filled in (basically, they had healed from the inside out). I only put it on a couple of nights a week now for maintenance. Socks that are miraculous.
I decided to try this combination because it had a high rating. It essentially solved my problem in about three days, I have to say. You don't need a lot of cream to get this to work - in fact - Overdoing it is almost certainly a bad idea. Now that the major cracks have disappeared, I use this about 2 - 3 times a week. My heels have never felt better than they do now that I'm wearing them three times a week. If your heels are cracked and bleeding, do yourself a favor and get this before they crack and bleed. You will not be sorry!.
