I've been having foot problems, like swelling and aching. A few more foot soaks were needed as I was out of mine. Epsom salts and peppermint oil are just what it advertises, I believe. It smells nice and seems to do the job of keeping my feet moist.

My version from Target was so much better than the one I bought at Walmart. There is little peppermint flavor in the peppermint. When I use the Target brand, I get that same delicious tingly feeling. It almost smells bad, the smell is barely there. In this, I will add peppermint oil of my own.
