I hadn't kept the cover off when not in use, so it was likely that the wax melted somewhere it shouldn't have. I was surprised to learn that my mother was having the same problem with her wax but had not told me right away since I had given her the machine and wax. I am wondering why our wax shipped directly to our homes but her wax was shipped directly to mine - we have essentially the same problem, yet she has no idea why. According to my observations, the whole batch had some sort of problem. Her arthritic hands feel better when she applies this wax because it is made of synthetic wax. I would like to replace this wax for her but, I would also like to know whether there is an explanation.

have used two packages of this product and there is no evidence of lanolin in the wax at all, since I have melted two packages at the same time. In the past few years, I have purchased paraffin wax many times and this is by far the worst product I have ever used. I can tell that my fingers are just as cracked as they were before I used this product. I would appreciate your insight into what can be done regarding It was a pleasure working with.

I found the wax to be good. It easily melted inside The product smelled nice. Once I dipped my hands, feet and elbows, it dried very quickly. The next time I need to purchase more, I'll definitely make another purchase.

As I ordered and paid for something different, I received something completely different! The description is Performance paraffin wax refills for use in paraffin wax heaters There is no need I like the lavender scent We received an unscented delivery The case contains 6, 1 lb low-density salts Beads made from meltable substances My order arrived with 6 pounds of half melted beads - Medical I highly doubt it.

There was no lavender smell to the fragrance but a very strong one- My understanding of this passage is that it seems (ish). Half of my home was affected by it. It had to be cooled down in a bathroom and the door shut until I had time to open it again. As I sat down to enjoy the results, my hands were soft, but they didn't last over night (I used it before going Probably not a favorite of mine, but it might be the best.
