Unlike what it says, the material is not flexible or soft

The update is My rating jumped one star due to the customer service and the easiest refund process I have seen. Although the wax was not soft and pliable as described, I am still happy with the purchase. If you need to return something, you won't have to go through any hoops. I was immediately refunded by my counterpart after I told him/her I was not satisfied. The process was hassle-free and I didn't have to return the product.

Like I had stated earlier This assertion is not accurate in the product details, since the wax is sold as soft and pliable. Despite the wax's soft appearance, it is actually hard as a brick. The wax wasn't available for purchase, which is disappointing, since that was the only reason I bought it. Squeezing the wax in my hand has become a stress reliever for me. I know it's not what the product is intended for, but the truth remains that it is made out to be soft and pliable when it is in reality It is not the first time I've ordered a wax product that is malleable (like playdoe) but I was attracted to this one because of what was stated in its description.

Allergy redness and itches are caused by this

WARNING! USE THEIR PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Although I'm not sure what ingredients they use, I have used different brands before, and I didn't experience any problems. As a result of using it on my left hand only a few days ago, I now have an allergy to it (good thing it was only used on my left hand). This is certainly not a good product and I recommend everyone try it first. I will be returning this product and I will be going back to the brand I know.
