I have tried repeatedly to stop biting my cellophane but it seems to be impossible The thin, bendy, feeble nails that I have (tried) hundreds of times have been made better by coating them with clear polish which promises to grow stronger or to strengthen like titanium or to protect and regenerate or to rebuild with your own DNA, except that is not true. The promises I had heard did not match my experience. Nothing changed my nails - nothing. As they remained little specks of nothingness, they were easy to chew back down again, and they had a tendency to repeat the cycle. Sometime I would get acrylic nails or gel nails, which damaged my natural nails even more than before, and they were much more difficult to grow organically afterward.
