Is this a returned bottle or one that has been To be honest, I was really looking forward to trying this out

The inside of the bottle appeared all gunked up and crusty like it had been used before and dried out. I am not sure if it works, but I was surprised that the label was ripped off and that part of the label had been damaged. Once the brush is unusable, it can no longer be used. I either received this back and it was returned to me, or the package was clearly.

A number of OTC treatments have not worked for me, and a treatment ordered from here did not work either. Getting frustrated, I gave up and gave up on trying because I figured that I would always be ashamed of my nails. The condition has shown improvement in just one week of use of Urea gel, Nail fungal in the afternoon and Urea at night. Carelicles are growing back, nails are growing, and the discoloration is fading, as is my calloused skin surface under my nails. One of my nails has been growing out for three weeks now. The results are fantastic, and I am very happy with them.
