On the bottle, there is no list of ingredients, but I can tell you it lives up to its promise. Since CoVid interfered with my jailbreaks, I was unable to complete them. The nails were very weak and thin after I removed the gel. During the last 6 months It has taken 8 weeks for my nails to look great since using this product! Using the polish on the entire nail is ideal for me.

It was delivered yesterday afternoon (1/5/2020), so I showed it to myself immediately. The hard exterior felt protective of my nails from the moment I touched it. Because I've been damaging my acrylic and gel nails since I was 16 (I'm now in my 40s), I have a lot of damage to them.
