Biting my nails has been an ingrained habit of mine since I was a child. It has been a long struggle for me to stop, but nothing has worked. It doesn't work for me because I have tried numerous types and brands of these polishes that claim to help, but they either wear off after a short time or their odors rub off on foods. Since I am an artist, I wash my hands a number of times a day as well as wash paint brushes constantly, yet this polish/flavor is still This works very well if I apply it in very thin lines along my cuticles and I just have to reapply it every 3 or 4 days. It is much easier for me to prepare food for my kids since I do not have to worry about flavor transfer.
