The only thing missing from the kit is a cuticle pusher. Gold flakes, gems, and pink and white polygel were some of the materials I used. I added 91% alcohol to my slip solution as well. To summarize, the only items missing from the kit were the alcohol, cuticle pusher, and a cheap pink drill I purchased on Amazon. (An additional point: order a cuticle bit as well as a set of nail bits). My second attempt was with the pink and orange color scheme. In terms of learning how to shape my nails and the proper thickness, etc. , I still have a long way to go. But that's due to user error, not the product; thank you so much for making a product that has almost everything a person could possibly need and is actually of good quality.

  This is the most comprehensive set available on Amazon! I'm confident you'll enjoy it. br> I was hesitant to purchase it because there were so few reviews, but with this full set, I was optimistic! I paid only $50 for it, which is less than what I usually pay my nail salon for a monthly refill, and I'm amazed at how simple it is to use. This is the first time I've ever done Poly gel. I dipped the powder a couple of times but was unsatisfied with the results; it was simple and only took me about a minute. I like the lamp and it took 5 hours. It took 60 seconds to cure the poly gel. This set has made my life so much easier. Every year, I'm going to save $600. This is a brand from which I will definitely purchase more items!!.

First and foremost, the lighting is incredible. I don't have any other lights, but this one is incredible. I use a dual form and apply it to my nail until it's nice and smooth, then stick my nail in for about a second. When I smooth the bottom around my nail, it holds the top in place well enough. This way, I won't have to worry about getting the bottom nice and then having to deal with the top pulling away from my nail. It helps to cure the bottom a little, but I'd rather not have to file it down. I usually start with a thin layer and use that as a base for more gel, applying it directly where it's needed and smoothing it out with a form. I still have to file some areas, but it's so much faster than trying to fill out a paper form, especially since I'm new to geling. If you're like me and smash the gel into place, there's plenty of room for slip. It's fluid enough to smooth itself out; it won't self-level very well, but it'll be smooth enough to push into place more easily. When I added more slip, I noticed the gel was a little thin, as if it had been diluted with slip. Although the brush isn't as firm as I'd like, I find it to be very useful. br>You'll most likely need an efile, but first see if there's a sale at a tool store. I'm using my mother's Dremel 3000 and the included bits (which are difficult to work with, but doable). I've seen some files that only accept one size or require you to pull and push the bits out (many reports of bits breaking in the machine). I'm going to stick with the dremel and get some proper nail bits for it. I wouldn't trust any file that doesn't allow me to use different sizes or, you know, not end up with a broken bit ruining the machine (the dremel one twists open and accepts different sizes). The only drawback is that it's a little bulky and heavy. However, if you use a proper file, you won't have to worry about soaking off gel for what seemed like hoursss (I forgot about the file and tried to soak off a failed nail, which was super bulky and hand filling was driving me insane)br>The gel itself is fairly strong. My nails are a little too thin at the tips, but they haven't yet broken! I was tearing down a shed and lost my grip on a board; if these had been my natural nails, they would have definitely broken, but they were not even chipped! Oh, and you must use something to wipe off your nails, file away the shine with a hand file, and then USE THE BASE COAT without wiping away the stickiness. Because I didn't use a base coat, one of my nails peeled off, but it was only that one. I intend to purchase additional gels to see if any are superior, but I will continue to purchase this brand. br>The extra design elements are adorable, but I've only used the gold foil so far. The glitter and other gimmicks aren't my style, but they're a good size and worked on a test nail. Although the butterflies were adorable, they were a pain to put on. And the gems I'll never use because they're bulky, but then again, all gems are bulky to me, and they'd just fall off my nails. br>I'll report back on how long it takes for one to break or peel off, but I'm rough on my nails on occasion and don't use gloves to do dishes (no dishwasher), so I'm expecting these to last about a week at most. br>Oh, and if you don't have any, go out and buy some gel polish. It's a lot of fun putting on base coat, gel polish, and base coat for the sake of knowing when to stop drilling the gel off your nail if you make a mistake. I did it for one nail to see how it would affect their lifespan. I'll keep you updated on how things go.

However, the quality of the goods is poor. The fact that the kit contains so many items appeals to me. However, the gel's quality isn't particularly good. I've already painted my nails twice - All three gels were used in this experiment. I did everything exactly as instructed - However, after two weeks, a few of my nails had broken. 3 days. The white gel, in particular, isn't particularly powerful. I tried using the nail hardener both before and after applying the gel, but it didn't seem to help much. I was looking forward to using this kit, so it's a shame. Bu nails aren't meant to be worn for an extended period of time.
