Adding tint to your work is not a problem and will not affect its quality.
If you want to apply poly gel with an acrylic brush, you should avoid using it because it cannot be easily cleaned. Instead, you can use a gel brush. As most nail experts do, cleaning the acrylic brush with monomer is an option. Size 8 is the most popular, because it has relatively thin bristles, perfect for beginners and not having a wide nail bed. If your nail bed is wide, then it is recommended to pick a bigger size, like size 10 or
My sincere thanks go out to you for asking the It is possible for you to use sizes 12 and 14 if you have experience applying acrylic
It is great to hear from you. Thank you. If you use monomer to clean your brush, it will work the best. It should be rolled back and forth in the monomer and gently wiped out on a clean couch roll or tissue until it is free from any product build-up. It is best not to use acetone as this may dry out your brush and possibly cause contamination.

A nicely sized handle, smooth and shaped bristles, and just the right amount of product holding capacity are all features of this brush. The shape of this tool makes it easier to use as well. In fact, I would totally recommend it, and will probably purchase more if I do.
The brush would have been better if it came pre-flattened. There would have been one less thing for me to do before I started using it. However, it is still a great show. It sheds no hair and is very easy to keep.
On the left is the brush from Sally's and on the right is the order I received. I thought it was a size 8, but it looks thinner and when I put it in the acetone and monomer it stayed hard on time so it didn't actually arrive brand new.
This had to have at least 1 star to be able to be taken seriously. The brushes are absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money regardless of how cheap they are. They are essentially robbing people of their money! I have used this item almost a year and I know how to use and clean it. After using it once and it being destroyed, I don't think it's worth shopping. A brush like that has never happened to me before. Money I spent on a vacation has been refunded to me.
The results vary from hit to miss. A couple weeks ago, I ordered 2 brushes #12 (white) and #10 (black). The black brush looked like the white brush in the picture after dipping it in monomer. My brushes were messed up even more when I tried brush cleaner. There is absolutely no reason to recommend these brushes.
A good choice for those just starting out.
