It happened after only an hour of using my product. I was so happy to see that everything worked as it should. Please let me know how I can Maybe a longer metal inside to hold the wax form to prevent it from splitting in half. That way, even with the heat, it will not be ruined. In Florida, I opened the bottle the next day and opened it again the next day. It broke the next day. We're not sure how the second one will turn out.

This was an extremely disappointing item for me. Even with gentle use, the tip broke the same day I used it for the first time. In my case, I glued it back together, but the tip broke again after a day, so I added a little heat to make it last for 2 days. The set has a cute design and comes with a replacement set, but it deserves a lower rating. My personal preference is to use a white pencil. While it picks up most stones, it does not pick up all.
