The laptop is defective

I just received it today, March 13th, 2021, and it is not working. After I took it out of the tube it fell apart! There was no glue or anything attached to it. It's time to get going! Since it was not glued, the tip of the tool was wobbly, so I couldn't even use it to finish a set of nails. In truth, I could've done it myself, but if that's true, then why didn't I do it myself in the first place?.

As soon as they were opened, the brushes literally fell apart. I doubt that the glue used to hold the brush to the rod is worth a dime. It was so fragile that I had to super glue it together, but it still wasn't secure. The rubber stopper that was supposed to hold the liquid and glitter in leaked all over the place, so that was also most of it.

The glitter ran out of one when it fell apart. As their separation progressed, they grew distant from each other. A nice set of acrylics is just not suitable for application. A great deal of disappointment overtook me.
