Both! I used it both as an ombre with a sea foam green and as a stand-alone color. To keep it from lifting, make sure to pat it flat and go easy around the edges. It's glistening to the point of being glistening!
It's silver, to be sure. It takes a lot of effort to get rid of it.

Not at all what I had hoped for. Although it is lovely and sparkly, some of the pieces are simply too large. And it doesn't grind down well with a Dremel (maybe with a clear layer, but I don't have one). I got close to the look I wanted, but I wish I had used a finer glitter. br>br>I paired it with a blue powder I had on hand, but I think it would look good with other dark colors as well. Instead of dipping it, I think I'll sprinkle it on next time. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I tried again with my pointer and ring fingers, and they came out much better this time. Instead of dipping your fingers into the powder, sprinkle it on with a brush. I also added a layer of color underneath the full sparkle nail to make the sequins stand out. I also used tape to create a clear line on my ring finger, which I then sprinkled with glitter, and it turned out a lot better this time.
It's a good product, but it doesn't look like it does in the picture. Blue flecks can be seen in the photo, but this is just neutral silver. It's lovely, but I already have it and was looking for the blue flecks.
This powder has everything going for it: a great consistency that works well and is simple to use. The only reason I gave it four stars is that I'm not sure I got the right color. I placed an order for 122. There are no blue or black specks that I can see.
I had imagined it to be completely encrusted in jewels. Some of the power is made up of white pieces, while others are made up entirely of glitter. When it's turned on, you can feel it. as if it had a gritty quality to it For the job, that is fine. Not at all what I had anticipated.
It looks fantastic! Doesn't’t last as long as most dip powders do’s look like 90% glitter but’s fine for me.
This one is very sparkly and pretty. The powder comes in a variety of sizes and colors, which is fantastic! This brand will undoubtedly provide me with more.
It blends in well with my sns product, buffs smoothly, and isn't too thick.
I found exactly what I needed. This is something I've used several times and would strongly suggest.
