You don't have to hire a professional to assemble this. This stroller is not up to snuff and I have many issues with it. 2) The basket underneath does not reach very high in the back by where you would stuff things in it (where your feet would be if you were pushing). Because of the angle and the fact that it is tipped down, I fear things will fall out easily. The design of the site is pretty stupid. With my old Graco, there was a HUGE basket underneath with thick walls, and we used it all the time because we could put anything in there and it stayed in place. ** 2) The sun cover may not extend all the way. About an inch of its flap is pulled back when you pull it out. I think the car seat itself dropped the ball by a long shot 1) This seat does not provide adequate support for infants! As a result, the straps dig into the baby's neck because there is no head support, and there are no comfort wraps on the straps! The sun cover for this seat is very difficult to move (can't move it with one hand) and it has a very mechanical feel As it moves, there is a loud clicking and thunking noise Despite my baby being awake, I wakened him to move the pacifier.

I had to wait weeks for the mounts to arrive, and the firm is a joke trying to get them sent out. It was 2 times that I emailed it was 2 times that I called I sent proof of purchase and photos We expect our baby in a week or less, so I don't have time to get the car seat out of my truck, load it back into the cabin, and return it. There is no way I would recommend Graco to a friend! It's an absolute nightmare to deal with their customer service.

I really like the car seat and stroller, but it didn't come with the pins to attach the back wheels, so when I try to put them together, it is really really frustrating. After all this, I get to go through the fun trouble of trying to get in touch with Graco. The website says you can email them, but there is a 72-hour wait time, and I started to put together the document after telephone hours. I am very unhappy with this. In the picture you can see a carseat and the book I'm supposed to have. This is the one we're going to need when our baby is born. His plan is to try the hardware store in the area to see if they have the parts he needs. In an update to the previous post, my husband found something similar at our hardware store, but we cannot adjust Overall, I am pleased with my stroller and the carseat, but if it had all of the accessories, I would have been even happier.

With this stroller, I'm able to push it without struggling at all. It's lighter and smoother than my previous stroller. Despite the cheap feel of the fabric, I can tell the fabric is higher quality. Having the option of switching the car seat into and out of the toddler seat is convenient for me. Additionally, the infant seat is not flimsy at all, but rather light in weight. It would have been nice to have bought this one earlier.

I am a first time parent. For the price, it is a nice and sturdy piece of furniture that is made of nice and sturdy material. I like the seat because it is easy to maneuver. There are no complicated folding or unfolding steps with the stroller part. The functionality is quite good, and the design is good too. The stroller would not be recommended if you are out in the elements often because it only has the ability to drive on smooth surfaces. It is also difficult to say that the head rest of the seat offers much support. One of my biggest complaints is that the seat can be unlocked when you move it from the stroller to the base and vice versa. Manipulating the ship is so challenging. As I try to pull it away from my baby while sleeping, I wake him up half the time from wiggling around trying to accomplish the task. To shake the latch hard, you must keep your finger on the button while shaking it side to side. To get to the point where I was confident enough to do it without my husband's help, I had to wait two months.

Although it gets a star for being easy to attach and detach the car seat, it does lose one because it is a little cumbersome to do. Since it is all plastic, and the mounting bolts are a little flimsy, you have to shimmy to insert it into the vehicle. a side is removed, the other side is not also removed You need to do some additional shimmying in order to get it off immediately.
