They are the three light-sources You can use one face filter at a time on the up screen.
There are several things on the top, but the baby will not play with them all. Since that's all it is, you might as well take your money and buy a mirror. The item would not be purchased by me.

He hasn't been captivated by it though he has played with it a few times for a short.
The mirror is cloudy and out of focus. It's hard to see in there and there is a seam between the mirror and the phone that collects debris as well as causing it to be messy.
It would have been wise to read the other reviews before going ahead and purchasing this item. The mirror was a favorite place for our daughter to look. The fog is so thick that it's hard for her to see herself. It's cool how the lights work, but that's about all. Purchased this item and I am disappointed.
What I expected was different from what I got. 1) I didn't know what to expect from a $10 toy selfie phone, but the lights don't stay on long, and it's tough to line yourself up for It's basically a matter of lining up the respective lights with your face and looking into the mirror. This is not exciting at all. Because my toddler enjoys the music and likes to travel around with his own phone just like his dad, I chose to give it three stars. While I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I had seen it in person, I don't see the point in returning it since it is a toy my toddler does enjoy in part.
It is true that every review complains about the mirror not being clear enough. It was something I was thinking was a safety sticker, but no, it is most definitely Despite their inability to make out their own face (since they are not even used to looking at their reflection, so they don't know what they're looking for), babies do sometimes seem to notice their own faces. They are attracted to the noise and lights, so it is good for them.
The Skip Hop Toys loudest most irritating toy is on the search for an audio baby phone to give my 10 month old when he tries to steal mine. I was hoping that this one would be suitable since we have other Skip Hop toys that we like. There is a song that plays every time you press a button. You need to press the button twice to hear animal sounds while listening to The idea was to replace his real phone with something he loves - one that would replace what he likes to do so much On the screen is a light and a picture of him. There is an obvious problem with the "mirror", which makes it unsuitable as a My baby wasn't allowed to see this but I sent it back. A simple and quiet phone toy with lights is still on my wish list.
As a result I was unsure how it was supposed to work, I thought it was like a children's camera paired with Snapchat. There is no such thing as that. A mirror is attached to the device, and when you look into it and press a button a light of that shape appears. Children who want to annoy their parents will love it because it makes noise. I love it when my daughter is laughing. There is a way to use it but she doesn't seem to know how. Her only response is to chew on it and press It has been 19 months since she was born. It is also a favorite with my sister's foster children, including babies and children as young as six years old.
I didn't expect it to be like this. It was far scarier than I had imagined. There is a shabby fake mirror at the corner, which distorts the face standing in front of it. He was mortified by the toy when he saw it, and he's terrified of the other toys that sound alike now as well. Would have liked to open it without having to destroy it completely (why do they have to do that ) since I would return it in an instant. This purchase was a mistake I regret completely. I think you are all out of line for spreading such false information about a toy for children.
