Questions & Answers
This is the Divinci cribs' correct sku, according to Target.
You'll require a box. Whether it's a bunky or a spring, there's something for everyone. The mattress will be supported by a board.
My question is the same as yours. I believe these will work if the metal brackets are purchased and installed inside the rails.

This purchase has met my expectations. The most time-consuming and difficult part was removing the toddler bed. The directions are brief and to the point, but they are fairly straightforward; it took me a couple of hours to complete. I was skeptical about the rails holding up because of the small ledge the box spring sits on and the fact that they are wood rather than metal like I'm used to, but my son and I snuggled on it for a while and we were fine, and I'm a plus-size woman. You certainly can't rely on a mattress. It is going to fall through. It's a little shaky on the headboard. It's possible that I didn't tighten bolts enough. I'll have another look at it. The rail color is a perfect match for the slate head and foot boards.
This was the recommended hardware for converting the Jayden DaVinci convertible crib into a full-size bed for my daughter. size bed. The rails went up without a hitch, but when it came time to put the mattress on, there was a 2-inch gap. There is a one-inch gap between the mattress and the bedframe! We checked to see if everything was in working order and if there was anything we could do to improve things. However, in order for the mattress to fit, my husband had to screw a 2x4 to one of the rails. There was no way the mattress would fit if it didn't have that. I was a little disappointed that such a high-priced pair of items couldn't even do the job they were designed to do. Despite this, the bed is now a proper bed. The pieces sent to us, on the other hand, would have been useless if we didn't have access to the tools we needed to modify them.
I was apprehensive about buying this item and conducted extensive research. This is said to be compatible with the MDB Ashbury bed on the Million Dollar Baby website. To finish the job, you'll need two people. Yes, screws and two pieces of wood are included in the price. If you've switched to a toddler bed, I'd recommend converting it back to a crib so you can use the footboard and headboard. The crib will be turned off after that. As a result, putting together the entire bed is a breeze. Slats were made and placed beneath the bed based on reviews. Because the bed was too high after I installed the mattress and box spring, I decided to remove the slats. I'm a healthy-sized woman who feels perfectly fine and secure in a bed with only the box spring and mattress, and I have no concerns about it supporting my weight or that of my toddler. If you don't want to use a box spring, you'll need slats. I like the way the bed looks and feel.
I was under the impression that I would need metal rails as well, but I didn't. For the headboard and footboard, I needed screws and pieces from the original bed, which the conversion kit provided, along with instructions.
These were simple to install and appear to be very durable. We bought 3/4" plywood to place under the mattress instead of box springs. My husband, daughter, and I (all weighing around 420 pounds) can all lay on it comfortably.
Although the screws provided were the correct size for the metal bracket included in this kit, they were too small for the Porter Davinci crib's footboard. The instructions state that you should go from the hidden hardware to the footboard, but this does not result in a sturdy bed. The only way I could make a safe bed was to buy new screws, drill holes in the conversion kit, and then screw in the newly purchased screws from the footboard.
I bought this to turn my daughter's babyletto crib into a toddler bed. I purchased it after verifying compatibility three times. Well. It's not going to work. Despite the fact that it is stated on the instruction sheet. The drilled holes aren't even close to being in the same place. It's a jumble of a situation.
Unfortunately, there is no mutual support. They are successful. There is no support between the rails, which is unfortunate. My 5-year-old son will undoubtedly leap onto his new bed. There isn't much in the way of bedspring and mattress support. I'm going to the hardware store to get a sheet of plywood cut to fit between the mattress set and the frame so it doesn't fall through.
