I wanted so much to love it. It has potential to grow in many ways. This is not an app that is compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S10+. Every time I closed out of an app, I had to restart my phone just to get it to reconnect. This alert function was very accurate and was able to detect when my baby was actively moving around and when he was lying on his side. Due to the fact that it relies on bluetooth, I had a problem when I put him down for a nap. A proximity notice appeared on my phone right away after I went down stairs. If I have to keep being in the same room or on the same floor to keep it working, it is not worth keeping. The next model needs to have wi-fi functionality and maybe rechargeable batteries. Then I'd be willing to try again. Interestingly, there were 4 batteries included in the box, so that was nice to see.

Since I've had it for about a month, I'm quite happy with it. I had a problem with it when I received it. When I contacted monbaby, they were fast enough to provide me with a new item that worked correctly. The company also sent me a monbaby base so my boyfriend could use the app as well. I almost bought it but decided against it because I wanted the breathing and temperature features. First time mom, I'm a little worried my child will overheat or stop breathing (he's only a month old, in a bassinet impossible for me to put him on his back- Rolling over on the stomach isn't such a big deal for me). It's fairly accurate though, when I bring him to my breast for a burp, it constantly tells me he's on his stomach So you don't have to be bothered by unneeded notifications, you can select the notifications you want to receive on your phone. A perfect temperature is right outside for him to ensure he does not get too cold or too hot. Having him during the winter is particularly hard for us, since we live on top of the mountain, and the heat gets either too hot In the morning I can use an app instead of shoving my hand onto his chest and pushing him awake. I can then turn the app back on and ensure the temperature is between 85 and 95 The only issue I have with the product is that you have to hold your phone next to them more or less directly. Update The battery died, so I suspect it was a problem with the device. If you email them, lucky you, the company also sends you two loose batteries for free. Customer service helped me resolve my issue as soon as I contacted them. It is a pleasure to work with this company. I highly recommend it. The company will provide you with a solution if anything goes wrong with your product (just be nice to them because they are extremely helpful and pleasant) If anything goes wrong, please contact the company directly.
