After a few years have passed - Our monitor's battery died after a few minutes of use, but you can order a replacement.

We've had our infant optics monitor for over a year and are very happy with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality monitor because it has a clear picture, is simple to use, and has excellent night vision. br>br>As well as the product, the company is fantastic! After a year of use, the top of our monitor's charging cord broke off, but the monitor was still functional. This power adapter is identical to the one that came with my unit, and it works flawlessly. It was well worth the money!.
It's the perfect size for my monitor. Charges my monitor quickly, much faster than the USB cable, and gives it a full charge. It stands the test of time. My original charger was cut in some way, so it has a thinner cord. This is the same one as before. Just make sure it's the one for the monitor, not the one for the camera. They have both, and you can't use them both at the same time. In addition, the price is reasonable.
If you take your baby monitor from room to room, you'll need one of these. It's very effective!.
This is a fantastic replacement for the DXR's original plug, which I despise. It's not uncommon for the pin to break (sometimes inside the monitor) and you'll need to replace the plug. It appears to be the original, but I'm not sure if it's a copy or the real thing. A USB charger is also included, which is a welcome addition.
These batteries were purchased as a backup for my Infant Optics monitor, which I adore. br>However, they don't stay clicked in the monitor very well, so they won't charge it unless it's positioned in a specific way. For a busy parent, this is completely useless.
I would strongly advise you to purchase this cord rather than an aftermarket knockoff.
After my dog chewed up the old one, this worked perfectly.
