The bra was so inside out and inside a bra washing bag to protect it that I put it in a There is a loop for the leash under the bag, and the bag is super cute and well designed, with a crisp print/color and a pocket that actually fits a bottle. I tried putting it on the top handle, but it also worked. Since the leash is stretchy, it doesn't have to be quite as long all the time. I also tried using the leash on the handle at the top, but that didn't work. In the end, no matter where I put it, if he starts running and I don't, it pulls, and he can fall, so I just start running whenever he runs.
