My task was to slowly open the back of the monitor and remove the battery pack that was dead. As I carefully clicked in the new one, I swallowed in anticipation. On the brow of my hat, a bead of sweat formed. In order to attach the backing again, I moved it into position. I was so terrified of being stabbed to death, that my husband walked out of the office and asked who was beating The look of terror on my face as I held down the power button on the monitor became apparent to him. Friend of mine gave me her 8 year old monitor for our new grandson and the battery didn't hold up very well when My notebook now lasts much longer without power. I bought a new battery to replace my old one. A 10-minute period is required for the screen to turn off There is no need for it to be plugged in for 15 minutes, because it continues to shut off when not plugged in but will always come back on again when plugged back in. The score I think I got was 3 Without plugging in the battery, I left it unplugged for four hours before plugging it in Some of the reviews I read said it worked better than it actually did.

Those were the prices that I paid for the Summer Baby Monitor in a thrift shop. Connected to a power source, it worked great, but the battery was dead. A new battery has been ordered. I'm very satisfied with it. Now we don't have to worry about finding an outlet when we take it anywhere in the house. It does not last very long with the screen on, but you can turn off the video by pressing the on/off button. With such a large screen, it is understandable that the battery is drained quickly. Even though it's still 3+ hours till it's dead, it is getting close.

I noticed that the battery life did not last very long after the first few years. My son was getting older at the time, so I didn't pay too much attention to it. Since I had a second baby, I needed a reliable monitor, but instead of spending a hefty sum on a brand new monitor, I realized that I was able to just replace the battery for much less money. I really like how simple it was to install and now my baby monitor lasts a lot longer. The battery can also be determined very easily by locating and finding the correct one.

Thus far, everything seems to be going well. I bought the monitors second hand. They worked for a short period of time, but then the battery died. I replaced it and now they work fine. Here's what's new My experience with it has been very positive for every aspect. I have used it plugged in where possible and when unable to, it holds a charge It would be recommended.

My battery finally needed replacing, so I changed it, and now my charger works. There is no odor and it seems to hold for a couple of hours, If you turn off the video and just listen to the noise, your battery charge will last longer.
